Pay day loans or quick cash loans prey on those who can least afford it. Some states have started legislation to curb this form of predatory lending, but more needs to be done.

With all the publicity in recent years of scams and illegal business activities by car dealers from every state you would think most states would have toughened up their laws and started to crack down on bad car dealers. Only one state, New York, has really done anything.

We've recently heard on the news about the aggressive debt collection tactics from so called not for profit hospitals and doctors. The lengths they have resorted to, the lies, the tactics are unbelievable. Something needs to be done.

We see it on TV every day - police arresting people on Americas Most Wanted, Cops, etc... But they only tell half of the story at most. What about the innocent, the young, single mothers, and the minorities that the system is supposed to protect and instead takes advantage of.
