Many areas of the country have low income residents that need to be educated on the type of legal services that are available to them. There have been many neighborhoods that have been equipped with residential legal services offices that serve a primary purpose of educating residents on all areas of law that are germane to the State in which they reside.

The legal system is a very complex arena which requires people to pursue various types of legal advice and representation. The legal services programs in many States have been divided into several areas in order to help people handle their legal needs in a fast and efficient manner.
